Many companies value the opportunity to conduct market research within the pedestrian area. To avoid being inundated, we require all market research and catalogue companies to register with the council and pay the fee shown below (where appropriate) Time share companies are not permitted.

 

Available in Cathedral Square and Bridge Street at a minimal fee. Metering is not required for lighting, video, vdu etc. Other usage charge by negotiation.

 

The use of generators in Cathedral Square, Bridge Street and Long Causeway is not permitted. Their use in Long Causeway and Lower Bridge Street is restricted and will not be permitted without prior agreement.

 

Minimum fee £230 per day applies

 

For larger promotions a square metre fee may apply.  Rates below:
Mon - Wed £12.68 per square metre

Thurs - Sun £15.93 per square metre
Seven Days £80.48 per square metre
