Effective communication and consultation are crucial to the success of the Supporting People programme in Peterborough. Supporting People cannot be delivered without strong partnership working. The strategy is essential to make sure that we work together with all stakeholders to successfully delivery housing related support to vulnerable people.

This strategy is intended to give clarity and focus to the way that we communicate with our partners and stakeholders. It sets out standards that you can judge us against, and is intended to encompass all forms of communication.

We need to be sure that we are giving sufficient information in appropriate formats, and that we have effective channels for two way communication, mechanisms for receiving and using feedback, and that we are involving service users and other stakeholders.
