How is an application for funding made?
The first step in making a formal application is to submit an
Expression of Interest (EoI). This outlines the proposed project by
providing information on activities, outputs, costs, and source of
match funding.
The Accountable Body will assess the Expression of
Interest and if appropriate invite the applicant to submit a
full Application for Grant (AfG). This is
reviewed and scored by an appraisal panel. If it
reaches the required threshold, the applicant will be invited to
present the project to the Urban Management Panel for approval.
The Expression of
Interest form can be downloaded as a 104k Adobe
Acrobat document for completion and should be submitted to the
Urban II Team.
An Application for Grant form, together with guidance notes,
will be sent to applicants where the Expression of Interest
successfully passes initial assessment.
