Customer Service Centre

What we do

At Housing Options we deliver a range of services to people with accommodation needs, including those who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Whether you are a Housing Association tenant, rent privately, own a property or have no fixed address, we offer free and confidential advice on various housing issues.

Housing Options provides a drop-in service, which means that no appointment in necessary. This means that people can access our services quickly and receive the advice and assistance they need.

We also process applications and allocate the properties which Housing Associations have available through 'Choice Based Lettings'.

Where we are based

Housing Options is based on the Ground Floor of the customer service centre in Bayard Place.

You can drop-in anytime during our opening times  and you will be issued with a ticket number and will be notified via a screen in the Customer Service Centre of how long you can expect to wait to see a member of staff.

If you are unable to leave your property due to illness you can contact Housing Options and request a visit to your property (home visits are available dependant on client's circumstances and staffing levels).
