Procurement Strategy
The Procurement Strategy seeks to outline the Council's strategy for procurement throughtout the organisation. It is intended to describe the vision of the function, outlining expectations and aspirations for the organisation, its processes, the people delivering those processes and the benefits they will be delivering. The strategy also outlines the key objectives and actions that the Council needs to complete in order to achieve its vision. It also serves to fulfill the Council's requirements to produce such a strategy under the 'National Procurement Strategy for Local Government'.
