What do I do if I am unhappy with a council service? (Stage One)
If this is the first time you have complained about a
particular issue, you should contact the relevant service manager.
You can do this by:
- filling in the on-line complaints form
- contacting the service manager directly by e-mail, letter or telephone (A-Z of services)
- contacting the service manager by telephoning our Call Centre on (01733) 747474.
- calling in person at a council reception.
The manager will investigate your complaint and will reply to
you within 10 working days. If you are not happy with the response
from the manager, you have the right to
appeal.
