How do I appeal to the Deputy Chief Executive? (Stage Three)
If you are unhappy with the Head of Service's response, you
can appeal to the Deputy Chief Executive. This can be done by
filling in the on-line complaints form,
by telephoning, faxing, e-mailing the Central Complaints Office or
by writing to:

When you write to the Deputy Chief Executive, please
ensure you clearly state why you are still unhappy and what you
think the Council should do to put things right.
The Central Complaints Office will log your complaint and
acknowledge it within 2 working days. The acknowledgement will set
out how your complaint will be investigated and relevant
timescales.
If you are not happy with the response from the Deputy
Chief Executive, you can refer your complaint to the Local Government Ombudsman.
