How do I appeal to the Local Government Ombudsman?
If you are not happy with the response from the Deputy
Chief Executive, you have the right to refer your complaint to the
Local Government Ombudsman. Details of how you can appeal to them
will be sent with the Deputy Chief Executive's response, or
