Customer Services Policy
The council's customer services policy sets out a number of
principles. Peterborough City Council has set standards for
answering telephone calls and responding to letters from members of
the public. All telephone calls will be answered within 20 seconds,
which is approximately 5 rings. All letters and e-mails from
members of the public will be responded to within 10 working days
of receipt. The council has a complaints procedures for members of
the public who wish to make a complaint about a council
service.
