Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint regarding a particular bus service
then please make a note of the service number, operator, time and
location along the route you are travelling and in the first
instance please contact the appropriate commercial operator.
If the company's response to your complaint does not meet your
expectations, you are entitled to raise the matter with the Bus
Appeals Body, a non statutory organisation of bus operator and
consumer representatives at:

If you are still unsatisfied then you are further entitled to
bring this matter to the attention of the Traffic Commissioners, a
Government body responsible for licensing bus operations in the
UK:
