Strategic Property
Strategic Property is responsible for the strategic management of the Council's property portfolio. It is the only department in the Council that is authorised to sanction the sale or acquisition (including licences, easements or leases) of any land or property within the Authority boundary.
The department provides confirmation of Council ownership, departmental responsibility and processes enquiries relating to the prospective purchase (licence, easement, leasehold, freehold) of Council owned land and property.
