what can I do about it?
Contact the council via Peterborough
Direct on 01733 747474. The

notice can be served on the owner of land. If
you are willing to sign a witness statement, an environmental
services officer will visit you and take details of the
incident.
If you do not wish to sign a witness statement, you need to
provide the following information:
- location of flytipping - house number, front or rear of property, near landmark e.g. litter bin, lamppost etc.
- what items have been flytipped. If this includes bags then how many
- what type of material it is e.g. garden, household, builders waste
- how long it has been there
- is there anything in the flytipping to identify the culprit or is there a witness
The council cannot follow up incidents of dumped builders
rubble without a description of the flytipper.
