Periodic Electoral Review

The Future Electoral Arrangements for Peterborough

Proposal to Local Government Commission to England

Between July 2001 and July 2002, the Local Government Commission for England (LGCE) will be reviewing Peterborough's electoral arrangements. The overall aim of the review is to ensure electoral equality, that is, where one person's vote has the same value as another's regardless of where they live in the district.
