As well as being able to pay your Business Rates and Council Tax online, you can now choose to view your account online through our self-service webpages
Available services include
- Account summary
- Details of payments received
- Details of your bill and how it is worked out
- View correspondence we have sent you
- Sign up for e-billing
- Links to set up a Direct Debit on line and to our e-payment site
To be able to do this, please email us providing your name, the address of the property and your Business Rates/Council Tax account number.
Business Rates customers please email using this link

We will then post you your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and the web address for the site
If you then decide that you would like your correspondence emailed rather than posted, there is now a facility on the self-service website for you to arrange this

If you have already signed up to the online Council Tax or
Business Rates service, and you have your Account Reference
