Graffiti is vandalism and is a very expensive problem. Removal in the UK costs a billion pounds a year.
We will remove graffiti from all of the following :

- public conveniences

- bridges / flyovers
- street furniture
- municipal housing estates and garages

National Probation Service and the Youth Offending Team
Over the last five years volunteers from the Probation Service, the Youth Offending Team and officers from the council have worked in partnership to remove graffiti across the city. This complements the councils own removal service.
