The purpose of the guide is to ensure delivery of sensitive
and appropriately designed sustainable developments. This document
sets out guidelines that should be adopted by all those involved in
housing development in the Peterborough area, including landowners,
housing associations, developers, housing co-operatives, designers
and builders.
