Terms and conditions
- The @ctive card will remain the property of the management (Peterborough City Council) and must be given up on demand.
- The management has discretion over whether the @ctive application is accepted. Acceptance constitutes a binding contractual agreement between the management and the applicant upon the Terms and Conditions of the @ctive card and the rules of the Sports Centres.
- Any fraudulent or wrongful information given in the @ctive application will result in the cancellation of all @ctive benefits and any further action deemed necessary by the management.
- A lost, stolen or damaged @ctive card should be reported immediately to a Sports Centre. Replacement cards are issued at a cost of £5.00.
- @ctive cards are issued to named card holders. Use by any other person is not permitted and will result in the cancellation of the @ctive card and benefits.
- Production of the @ctive card entitles the holder to the concessions and discounts listed in the Members' brochure. These discounts are subject to availability and may be altered or withdrawn by the promoter without notice.
- Neither Peterborough City Council nor it's partner management will be liable for omissions or inaccuracies in the Members' brochure nor the acts or omissions of any participating venue or promoter, nor for any loss, damage, expense, injury or death sustained by any person, howsoever caused, except in so far as the law prevents the exclusion of such liability.
- To obtain a discount in any of the leisure facilities you need to show a current valid @ctive Card. If you are making a booking, inform the member of staff you have an @ctive card and give them your number.
- You must keep your @ctive Card to renew your subscription. If a new Card is required you will be charged £5.00 in addition to your subscription fees.
- Cards may not be used after the expiry date.
