Sponsorship
A person can collect sponsorship for performing a task and donate the proceeds to charity without obtaining a licence however it is essential the individual obtains approval from the charity prior to obtaining any sponsorship and proof of approval must be made available.
If a sponsored event is planned to take place within the city centre pedestrian area, prior consent of the City Centre Services team must be obtained and conditions of use adhered to.
