Tombolas and Information Stalls
Tombolas/Information stalls can be held within the city centre pedestrian area at no charge and requiring no licence, however a location must be agreed with the City Centre Services team prior to the event taking place.
Each charity/organisation must provide its own table and must have Public Liability Insurance up to £2m minimum. Not more than 6 stalls (either tombola or information stalls or a combination of both) will be agreed within each year.
No cash donations can be accepted at the stall unless the charity/organisation holds the Street Collection Permit for the city centre for that day. Conditions of use apply, available on request.
