Public Access Limitations
Please note this service is being developed and some features
are incomplete at the present time:
- Public Access is available online between 5am and midnight each day
- under normal circumstances new applications will be able to be viewed within 1-2 working days of receipt of the application
- constraint information for planning applications is currently not available via Public Access. Please contact Development Control for details of possible constraints
- details of previous planning applications currently exist back from April 1997 and building regulations from January 1996. The Council is committed to providing further enhancements over the coming months as use of this important source of information increases
- the online planning history contained within the site at present is incomplete and must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal Land Charge Search. No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained from Public Access
- similarly the information contained within Public Access does not constitute in any way a formal notification of a decision, and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer's own risk
- under the Local Government (Access to Information Act 1985) your comments received in connection with this application will be held on a file which is open to public inspection
