Road Building

 

Peterborough City Council is committed to adopting all residential and industrial estate roads that have been constructed in accordance with this Construction Specification by direct reference and adherence in a legal agreement completed under a Section 38/278 of the Highways Act 1980.

 

With effect from 1^st April 2004 this Estate Road Construction Specification has been produced to ensure developers are fully aware of this Authorities requirements when constructing highways for adoption.
