Refugee Week - 16 to 22 June 2008
This is a UK-wide programme of arts,
cultural and educational events that celebrate the contribution of
refugees to the UK, and promote understanding about the reasons why
people seek sanctuary. It is also an opportunity to promote the
integration of refugees into the community and recognise the part
they play in today's society.
