Travelchoice Centre
The Travelchoice Centre provides members of the public with travel information for bus, coach and train services nationwide, as well as walking and cycling options in Peterborough.
The centre is located in the Queensgate Bus Station, which is situated in the heart of Peterborough, providing easy access to the shopping centre and the rest of the City.
Saturday opening
The Travelchoice Centre began Saturday opening
on 2 August 2008. The Centre currently serves an average of
400 people each day and this has provided enough evidence that
Saturday opening is a service that customers will find useful.
Requests have also been received from members of the public asking
for Saturday opening so additional funding has been secured for a
trial period to provide this additional service. The
number of people using the centre on Saturdays is being monitored,
along with other days in the week.
On Saturdays the centre will be open from 9 am till 4 pm, and
will close for one hour at lunch (12 - 1pm).

The Centre offers many services, including:
- Bus timetables
- Train timetables
- Walking, cycling and public transport information
- Concessionary bus passes
- "good going" cards
- Local maps
It is also possible to purchase:
- National Express Coach tickets
- Cycle maps
- Discounted rail cards (20% for Peterborough residents)
- Shaws Day Trip tickets
- Stagecoach period tickets (e.g. Monthly Megariders)
- International Coach tickets (e.g. Polonia & Orbis)

9am - 5pm - Monday to Friday (Wednesday 10am)
9am - 4pm Saturday (closed at 12 - 1pm for lunch)
National Express Young Person's Coach Card Promotion
The Travelchoice Centre currently sells
National Express Young Person's Coach Cards and has teamed up with
National Express to offer 15 month coach cards for the price of 12
months. The promotion will run from the beginning of July until the
end of August 2008.
National Express Young Person's Coach Cards
cost just £10 each and are available to anyone aged between
16 and 26 years. Card holders are entitled to 30 per cent off all
National Express journeys within the UK. To purchase a card, simply
take a form of identification which bears your name and your date
of birth to the Travelchoice Centre in Queensgate bus
station.
The Travelchoice Centre also sells family
coach cards and senior and disabled rail cards. Visit the centre to

holidays.
