Contacting us by e-mail
We have recently introduced a new e-mail address specifically for Landlords, which can be used to provide information, details of tenant's changes in circumstances or to make enquiries.
The e-mail address for landlords is benefitslandlords@peterborough.gov.uk .
Important
To ensure we deal with your enquiries efficiently please submit individual e-mail messages for each benefit claim you wish to query. This will then allow us to direct your query to the relevant officer and / or team and hopefully provide a quicker response.
