At Peterborough City Council we are committed to delivering high quality services.  However, we know we sometimes get it wrong.  We are determined to act on complaints and, wherever possible, improve our services as a result.  By telling us where we've gone wrong, you can help us to put things right and make our services better for everyone.

 

The following pages have been designed so that 'making a complaint' is as easy as possible for you.  The pages include an online complaints form, advice on how to make a complaint and also a form to enable you to make general comments or compliments about any council service.
