Improving customer
service
Most of you are satisfied with the number of ways in which
they can contact us. In January 2007 we opened our new
and improved customer contact centre, Peterborough Direct, on the
ground flooor of Bayard Place, which takes enquiries over the
phone and in person in a 'one-stop shop'
setting.
We are introducing customer service standards across the
whole organisation, and are setting up a Customer Services Working
Group to review the provision of services for all our residents,
taking into account the results of the various surveys and
consultations.
