North Westgate Development (Amended)
This is an outline planning application for the North Westgate scheme. As an outline application, parameters are provided for floorspace, building locations, sizes and access. The detailed designs will be developed and submitted after granting of outline planning permission for separate 'reserved matters' approval at a later date. Full details of the access are submitted at this stage due to the importance of transportation issues arising from the proposals.
The documents submitted as part of the original application are set out below and are separated for ease into application documents and supporting imformation. Hard copies of this material can be viewed at either the Council's offices at Bridge House or at Peterborough Central Library.
