Aero Kick
A cardio workout where you punch
and kick your way through calories to a superior cardio
fitness. This fiercely energetic
program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of
disciplines
Circuit Training
A series of exercise stations to challenge all
body components. This class allows you to work
hard but also at your own pace. You get out what you put in.
Box Fit
A great all round aerobic and toning class with a variety of
interesting moves based around boxing
techniques. This is a simple yet highly
efficient toning and fat burning class.
Step Aerobics
An excellent aerobic workout using a step to perform a variety
of choreographed moves.
Pilates
A great class to rebalance the body and improve posture
alignment, through slow controlled movements, with exercises using
strength and flexibility. Pilates is also a
great way to relieve stress.
Yoga
Improve posture, breathing and relaxation techniques while
stretching, strengthening and increasing flexibility in your
muscles.
Spin Fit
45 minutes sessions with no complicated moves to learn, you
will pedal your way to a leaner, stronger body. A great fat
burner.
Please note: Wednesday 7-8pm session has a 15 minute abs
workout.
