Landlord Self Service
The Benefits service is now able to provide all
Landlords with an online enquiry system.
This self service enquiry system provides landlord's with
access to tenant information where housing benefit is paid directly
to the landlord. Information includes details about the claim, for
example weekly entitlement, payment details and invoices.
Personal claimant information cannot be
accessed.
Additionally cumulative lists of all the payments made and
invoices raised can be accessed.
Users are provided with a secure login that complies with
BS7799 to ensure that the confidentiality of information is not
breached.

How to sign-up
PLEASE NOTE:-
We are temporarily unable to issue sign
up details for brand new customers. We will look to address this as
soon as possible.

To use this facility please send an
e-mail to request your PIN and provide all of the following
information:-
- Your landlord name or company name,
- Your current home or company address,
- Your seven digit Landlord Reference
(this can be found on your landlord payment schedules and begins with a 3).
We will then post to you your secure Personal Identification
Number (PIN) and details of the web address (URL) you will need to
log-in and access this facility. For security reasons the PIN will
not be issued by email and we will use the postal address we have
registered for the Landlord Reference.
If the above link does not generate the e-mail for you please
send your request to ltbsystems@peterborough.gov.uk,
with a subject line of 'Landlord Online PIN request', and confirm
the information listed above in the body of the e-mail
message.

Service, and you have your Landlord Reference and security PIN, you
