Curriculum Vitaes

thinking

Some employers will ask you to complete a Curriculum Vitae instead of an application form when applying for a vacancy

You may have done a C.V. before but review it again in the light of what you may have done after leaving school.  Give some details of what you did at school or college, and information on specific projects and any further work experience you undertook.

A C.V. is similar to an application form in its content.  Some employers expect C.Vs and others have their own form.  The benefit of preparing a C.V. is that it makes you consider what you might put on an application form, and helps you identify your strengths and weaknesses.  Try and keep the length to no more than two sides.

You can find many books and sites on the internet to give you some ideas.  One is at greatcvs

Here is an example of a C.V.to help you.
