Bullying

Bullying can be very distressing and harrowing for the victim and it must not be tolerated

A lot of people in life are the subject or even the cause of bullying.  You may seem as if you are the only one being bullied but this is rarely the case.

If you are bullied at school and need to talk to someone there are a number of people you may wish to consider.  Above all, confide in those you feel you can trust.  This could be a teacher or an older friend or member of your family.  You may wish to talk to your Connexions Personal Adviser.

The bullying won’t stop unless you do something about it.  If you are a bully yourself you can get help too.  Try looking at these websites.
