health, but that is not true
Being healthy makes you feel better whatever
age you are. If you are healthy when you are young you are
more likely to remain so as you get older. Everyone can do
things to stay healthy.
Think about:-
- making your diet more healthy
- ensuring you have enough
physical exercise – for example, regular walking or playing
sport.
- being aware of the effects of alcohol, drugs
and smoking
You may have specific health problems like
asthma, epilepsy or colour blindness. These may affect your
career choice or future decisions in your life. Remember to
mention these to your Connexions Personal Adviser when you see them
for an interview so they can give you the correct advice.
