Our main function is the delivery of a statutory building regulation service but we also provide a number of other services related to building standards and public safety.

We can also offer the following additional services:

• Large print versions of our documents and Guidance notes
• Visits to your own home, where you would experience difficulty in getting to our offices
• Inspection visits outside normal working hours
