Please note that a Personal Search does not provide all the
information given on a full (i.e. LLC1 and CON29) search. A
Personal Search may not be acceptable to some mortgagers.
The Local Land Charges Register is available to Personal
Searchers at the following times:
- Monday to Friday: 3.00pm (30 minutes), 3:30pm (30 minutes),
4.00pm (30 minutes) and 4:30pm (25 minutes).
To make an appointment to view the register please contact us. Please
note that we require 24 hours notice.
We recommend that you firstly visit our Customer Service Centre
at Bayard Place to access relevant information before viewing the
Local Land Charges Register.
A basic knowledge of the Personal Search System and the Local
Land Charges Register is necessary in order to carry out a personal
search. It is the responsibility of the person carrying out the
search to interrogate and investigate the records provided to
retrieve the required information. The Council does not provide
written information and will not respond to requests for verbal
information.
One Stop Shop service
As from 6 April 2009 Peterborough City Council has been
operating a "One Stop Shop" service for all Personal Searches.
