Planning application 10/00320/FUL
Reference to this application is now included under this section
in the interests of completeness. It is a detailed application for
the construction of a new access road from junction 1 of the
Fletton Parkway to serve the proposed Great Haddon employment area
and the consented scheme at Alwalton Hill, including a partial
diversion of Bridleway number 1 (so that the northern section runs
parallel with the new access road) and an associated attenuation
pond (the triangular land to the south west). The road runs until a
point approximately three quarters of the way through the
employment site culminating in a turning head (the revised plans
remove the vehicular connection with the old Great North Road -
although the principle of this link remains a proposal under the
outline application). Details of the revised application are
available at www.peterborough.gov.uk/publicaccess
Please be advised that the Great Haddon employment area
application will be tabled to members at Planning and Environmental
Protection Committee on 24 May 2011. The meeting will start at
