Pre-application advice - forms and fees
Advertisement - forms for development requiring
advertisement consent, including posters, etc.
Certificate of lawfulness - forms for
certificates of lawful development
Conservation and heritage (listed building) -
these forms should be used to apply for consent for works to Listed
Buildings (including demolition), and some works within
Conservation Areas
Householder applications - these forms should be
used to apply for planning permission for extensions and other
works to existing dwellings
Minerals and
Waste
Outline and
reserved matters applications - these forms should be used to
apply for outline planning permission and applications for approval
of reserved matters.
Planning
application - these forms should be used to apply for planning
permission for new and extended buildings, new dwellings and
for changes of use
Planning condition
compliance - please be aware that from 6th April 2008, new
processes and requirements apply with regard to requests made
to the Council to discharge conditions on planning permissions
Extension to the time limit - these
forms are for extension to the time limit for implementing planning
permission and associated listed building and/or conservation area
consent
Non-material amendment - these forms
should be used to apply for a non-material amendment following a
grant of planning permission
Removal or variation of
condition(s)
Prior
notifications - these forms should be used to ascertain whether
prior approval is required for certain types of telecommunications,
agricultural and forestry works, and for some demolition
Works to trees
and hedges - these forms should be used to apply for works
to protected trees and trees in Conservation Areas, and to ancient
hedgerows
