Different types of application will require different levels of
information and supporting documentation to be submitted depending
on their nature and scale. This page will guide you through exactly
what is required for each application type, under what
circumstances it needs to be submitted as part of your application,

National Planning Policy Framework
(27/04/2012): As you will be aware the government has now
published the new National Planning Policy Framework. This document
potentially affects the requirements and guidance established
by the previous planning system. Planning Services are now in
the process of assessing the extent of any changes and we will be
updating the One Stop Shop accordingly.
