Service status update
Daily maintenance occurs 4am. When service is down and service
resumes approximately 4.03am.
19 December 2011 - Since the maintenance work there is a small
issue in submitting comments online, freetext comments will be
accepted by the system, however if only coded comments are being
made the system will not accept these and freetext comments are
required in association with coded comments.

searching by a variety of criteria such as address, date and type
for any of the following:
- planning enforcement cases
- planning applications
- planning appeal cases
- building control applications
Public Access enables:
- viewing of application\case details
- monitoring the progress of applications and
cases
- submission of comments about planning
applications - see what we do and don't take into
consideration
- viewing weekly lists of planning
applications and decisions
- viewing many historic applications and case
details
- viewing property details by reference to a
map
- viewing documentation and plans for
planning applications for consultation purposes
Minimum
software requirements to view
Helpfiles for
users N.B. when doing a property search, please insert %
before your search criteria - this will ensure you will pick up
properties with a business name, e.g. %175 Cromwell Road
