Service status update
Daily maintenance occurs 4.00 a.m. when service is down and
service resumes approximately 4.03 a.m.
17/05/2012 - Normal Service.
19/12/2011 - Since the maintenance work there is a small issue
in submitting comments online, freetext comments will be accepted
by the system, however if only coded comments are being made the
system will not accept these and freetext comments are reqired in
association with coded comments.
Privacy policy
When someone visits any of the council
owned sites we collect standard internet log information and
details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out
things such as the number of visitors to various parts of the site.
We collect this information in a way which does not identify
anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of
those visiting any of the council owned sites. We will not
associate any data gathered from these site with any personally
identifying information from any source. If we do want to collect
personally identifiable information through our websites, we will
be up front about this.
The online planning register uses the
cookies described in the table below. By using this
service these cookies will automatically be set on your

Helpfiles for
users N.B. when doing a property search, please insert %
before your search criteria - this will ensure you will pick up
properties with a business name, e.g. %175 Cromwell Road
