developed and some features are incomplete at the present time:
- Public Access is available online between 5am and midnight each
day
- Under normal circumstances new applications will be able to be
viewed within 3-5 working days of receipt of the application
- Planning and appeals applications data currently exists back
from January 1974; building regulations data from January
1996; enforcement data from October 1976. Documentation and
plans maybe incomplete before 23 November 2009.
- Discharge of condition applications are for information
purposes only and are not published for comments
- The online planning history contained within the site at
present is incomplete and must not be used as a substitute for
carrying out a formal Land Charge Search. No responsibility will be
taken for any errors or omissions in the planning history
information obtained from Public Access
- Similarly the information contained within Public Access does
not constitute in any way a formal notification of a decision, and
as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on
the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer's own risk
- Under the Local Government (Access to Information Act 1985)
your comments received in connection with an application will be
held on a file which is open to public inspection
