You can appeal;
- a refusal of planning permission
- a condition that we have attached to a planning approval
- an Enforcement Notice that we have issued
- a non-determination of a planning application, i.e. application
not decided within timescale

Planning Portal. One
copy of the appeal application form should be supplied to Planning
Services via planningappeals@peterborough.gov.uk.
