This Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) sets out policies and advice for the design of new development in twelve villages around Peterborough.

Design and Development in Selected Villages

This SPD was adopted by the Council as part of the Peterborough Local Development Framework on 13 June 2011.

It supplements the policies of the Peterborough Core Strategy (in particular, policy CS16) by providing more detailed policies and advice for new development in the villages of Ailsworth, Bainton and Ashton, Barnack and Pilsgate, Castor, Glinton, Helpston, Thorney, Ufford, Wansford and Wothorpe.
