2. Complete details as requested
3. Select Show Draft Heads of Terms Proforma

When displaying either the Draft Heads of Terms Proforma or the
Draft Unilateral Undertakin (short version), select the
Submit option to email the draft document to
Planning Services. If all information is complete you may
print off the Unilateral Undertaking (short version), sign it and
submit to Planning Services.
If you are submitting your planning application in hard
copy and want to submit the Draft Heads of Terms Proforma
manually please print off the Draft Heads of Terms
Proforma and complete as necessary
