City Centre: (21/01/11): A 19 year-old man and his girlfriend entered the City Kebab shop on Cattle Market Road. An agreement between them broke out and they began to leave the premises. The male kicked out at the shop door through frustration and anger and caused damage. Condition: Paid £168 in compensation and wrote a letter of apology to the shop owner.

Dogsthorpe (29/01/11): A dispute occurred between the offender and victim who share a house in the Dogsthorpe area of the city. This resulted in the offender damaging the victim's mobile phone by throwing it onto the floor and stamping on it. Condition: Paid £45 in compensation.

Stanground (10/03/11): A 33 year-old woman in a drunken state was verbally abusing people in a local park, causing distress, particularly to children. Condition: Attended an alcohol awareness programme.

New England (26/03/11): A dispute between two males who were drinking heavily in a house of multiple occupancy resulted in a 28 year-old male assaulting another causing minor injury. Police attended and the victim declined to cooperate, however, the offender was arrested. Condition: To attend an alcohol awareness programme.

Out of Court Punishments LATEST: December 2011: A 29 year-old male made threats to punch another in a pub and was racially abusive to him. He was charged with racially aggravated common assault and racially aggravated Intentional Harassment. He received a 12 month suspended imprisonment sentence, a curfew for eight weeks and 150 hours unpaid work. Condition: He was fined £85 costs and made to pay £100 in compensation.
