Problem Solving In Practice

This introduction to problem solving is suitable for practitioners and community representatives. It provides an overview of Section 17 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 and how this can help in resolving neighbourhood issues

The session illustrates problem solving techniques and how they can be put into practice. Each session includes a mixture of delegates from a variety of organisations to ensure the maximum learning experience.

It is open to neighbourhood officers, neighbourhood police officers, housing officers, anti-social behaviour officers, tenants and residents associations and community representatives.

LATEST: Following a recent restructure of  the city council's neighbourhood services department and feedback received, Problem Solving In Practice training is under review. The aim is to provide tailored training sessions to ensure attendees receive relevant and useful information. Sign-up information will be added  to this page once a new training programme has been developed.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please call 01733 747474 and ask for the SaferPeterborough partnership anti-social behaviour team or email saferpeterborough@peterborough.gov.uk
