A team working with Planning Services that undertakes research to understand the local housing market and assess local housing need. The team publishes the council’s Housing Strategy that includes an ambitious action plan for the delivery of the city’s housing agenda.
The Housing Strategy team works with the Homes and Communities Agency and partner Housing Associations to ensure that the city receives high levels of investment in housing and maximises the delivery of affordable housing in Peterborough.
