The Property Records team under Strategic Property Asset Management are responsible for managing and mainting all land and property asset data for which they can advise of the following;
Council ownership: Freehold or Leasehold (including sub leases etc)
Directorate that manages the land within council ownership or if it is leased out
If the land or property forms part of a licence/ lease or maintenance agreement
Land and property transferred to Cross Keys Homes during LSVT in 2004
Land and property the council has disposed of
If council land or property has been declared surplus (including future plans and stage of disposal)
Permissions granted over council land i.e. rights of access, wayleaves and easements.
In the event that an enquiry is a specific complaint regarding the condition of council land or to report inappropriate use, the Property Records team can direct the enquiry to the correct directorate and responsible officer who can deal. |
