| Service Overview |
The Passenger Transport Operations Team is responsible for the arrangement of safe, timely and cost effective transport for all passengers travelling on the Council’s subsidised bus services, approximately 1,450 mainstream school children, 620 children with special educational needs, all children who are in the care of the local authority and the council-operated Community Link dial-a-ride services. All customer calls are dealt with by Peterborough Direct.
