Community Alarm/Lifeline Service

Service Overview 

This service is solely provided by Cross Keys Homes from its office in Shrewsbury Avenue, Peterborough.

If you or someone you know would benefit from extra peace of mind, why not tell them about Cross Keys Homes’ community alarm service known as Lifeline?

  • Lifeline is an emergency and alerting service which enables the pendant holder to contact Cross Keys Homes’ control centre 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year just at the touch of a button.
  • Lifeline is available to anyone who lives within a 50-mile radius of Peterborough.
  • All you need to be able to use the Lifeline system is an ordinary plug-in telephone socket and an electric power socket nearby.
  • There is a small weekly charge, covering rental, monitoring and administration.
