This service is solely provided by Cross Keys Homes from its office in Shrewsbury Avenue, Peterborough.

- Lifeline is an emergency and alerting service which enables the pendant holder to contact Cross Keys Homes’ control centre 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year just at the touch of a button.
- Lifeline is available to anyone who lives within a 50-mile radius of Peterborough.
- All you need to be able to use the Lifeline system is an ordinary plug-in telephone socket and an electric power socket nearby.
- There is a small weekly charge, covering rental, monitoring and administration.
