Service Overview 

General enquiries received concerning the administration, billing and collection of Council Tax. Specific areas of enquiry include:-
* Requests for service via the Local Taxation email facility
* Customers moving in and out of the area
* The issuing of bills, reminders, final notices etc

Other Access Information  The Local Taxation Division has email facilities that allow our customers to contact/advise 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, facilities are available to allow Council Tax payments to be made via the Internet or by phone by debit card 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
