The Call Centre is based in the Customer Service Centre, Bayard Place. Staff answer queries in respect of council tax billing, housing benefit, parking, electoral services, library general enquiries, environmental management, housing options bid calls, recreation and adult social care referals.
The Customer Service Centre also houses the face to face service for Council Tax and Benefits, Housing Options service,Cash Office and reception service. |
